Support Group for Girls 

This therapy group is specifically designed for girls in 7th & 8th grades (approximately 12-14 years old). 

Time:  4:00 – 6:00 pm on Wednesdays

Start Date: October 2, 2019    End Date:  November 20, 2019

Length & Cost:  8 weeks, $20 per session ($160 total)

Location:  Marycliff Hall, 2nd Floor Conference Room, 707 W. 7th Avenue, Spokane, WA 99204

Purpose/Topics:  *Build skills to deal with anxiety/depression.  *Discover and develop your strengths.  *Learn about positive and negative stress.  *Practice problem-solving.  *Develop communication skills.  *Create healthy connections.  *Increase self-worth and esteem.  *Share your experiences in a safe space.  *Find meaning in your story.  *Grow kindness for yourself and others.
